Welcome to Part 3 of "Wendy and The Crystal Bell
This time, it's a part of story development for Wendy as she discovers something about the bell
Story: Later that night after she transformed Lucy into Luce and getting Erza to bed, Wendy started to ponder why was this happening...
Wendy: It's so strange, Both Erza and Lucy are now complete different people but I'm the only who remembers who they used to be
???: It was my magic that it be
Wendy: *Shocked* Wait who said it?
Then the bell ripped off from Wendy's necklace and floated right in front of her before it dashed off into the forest nearby. Wendy quicked chased after the bell using her Dragon Slayer magic to keep up with the Bell. Until she found it floating in a hidden clearing
???: Hello Wendy Marvell, Slayer of the Wind Dragon
Wendy: Were you responsible to what happen to Erza and Lucy?
???: In a way, yes but it was your and your friends thoughts that caused their change
Wendy: Then why are you doing this
???: I used to be a powerful sorcerer in the ancient time, while I was powerful to be consider an S-rank to you. I had habit of using my magic on People for my enjoyment, did you feel the same when your friends Lucy and Erza were transformed?
Wendy: A bit I guess... but why are you a crystal bell?
???: During the old time, Punishment was more serve compared to today's. The Magical council during my times, Decided to use an ancient spell that was to counter act my magic and thus turned me into a bell forever. The person I used my magic on beforehand had a weird obsession with Crystals and I thought it would be fitting to turn him to do a crystal object like a bell
Wendy: I see, so how come I'm the only that can heard you ring
???: Because to break my curse, I have to find bearer of pure heart to control my magic powers. But there is a bad effect
This got Wendy curious on what would be the bad effect of abusing the bell's magic
Wendy: What would that be?
???: If they can't control it, they will become a version of pure evil. I have seen this before, many purehearted Mages have fallen into darkness because of my power
Wendy was shocked to hear what could happen to her
Wendy: So why are you warning me?
???: Because I sense that you might have the chance to contol my magic and set my soul free so that I may rest from this nightmare
Wendy: So how can I control your magic?
???: Sorry I can't help you with that
Before Wendy could ask the bell what did he mean, the bell fall to the ground. Soon Wendy picked it up and placed it around her neck and started back to Fairy Hills as she thought
Wendy: I'm still confused about this but I need to figure how to control it's magic or I'll end up like those evil mages that I have fought before
