Description

 I decided it was time to draw a pic of Kid-Draco aka my inner child who was released by Elisa by accident via Sleep-Magic casting. 

Since my favorite Pokemon Generation when I was a kid was Gen 2 and now it's Gen 4. So I decided to introduce him to Gen 3 via Pokemon Emerald on my DSlite (Which I still have, and play occasionally)
