 This a fake Eevolution I made of the Poison type based on radioactive waste and toxins

 As to get this eevolution, it must have low happiness and either be poisoned or holding Black sludge

Pokedex Entry: During to result of an abandonment in a bad environment for both Pokemon and humans, Eevee evolved into this deadly Pokemon. It gains the ability to fly due it's desire to leave the bad environment to find a clean one to call home. When threaten, it will flap it's wings creating a cloud of toxic gas to make a quick escape
